Un po' preoccupato... little bit worried

Questo è il mio agrifoglio (Ilex aquifolium). Possiedo la pianta da un paio di anni, ma in questo preciso momento mi preoccupa un po'. Le foglie sono molto più secche del solito e la pianta non si presenta molto in forma.
Ho bagnato profondamente la pianta in modo che le radici vengano ben umidificate. (so che è inverno ma la pianta sembra proprio in carenza d'acqua).
Le prime due foto sono allo stato attuale (i colori sono pessimi a causa di flash e neon).
Le altre sono foto di quest'estate.

This is my Holly tree (Ilex aquifolium), found the translation on line so i hope is correct.
I own this plant for a couple of years till now.
Like the title says i'm a little worried cause all the leaves appear to be dry and the general aspect is not so good.
I've verified the moist of the soil and it appear to be good.
The first two pics are of today, sorry for the bad colours is due to the neon lights.
The others are of this summer.
