Collecting weekend

Ho passato uno splendido weekend in montagna a casa di un amico. Essendoci già stato molte volte sapevo di poter trovare qualche pianta da raccogliere e mettere in vaso.
La casa si trova fuori dal centro abitato e il giardino confina con un bosco che ospita soprattutto quercioli, aceri montani, qualche nocciolo e degli splendidi castagni.
Il mio intento era di trovare degli esemplari di querciolo ma sfortunatamente ho individuato solo polloni e quindi non ho potuto raccoglierli.
Fortunatamente però sono riuscito a trovare non uno non due ma ben tre aceri di piccole dimensioni e sono riuscito a metterle in vaso.
Due di queste piante hanno una buona quantità di radici, anche capillari, e ritengo che potrebbero riuscire a resistere allo shock. Per la terza ho qualche riserva in più.
Gli esemplari adulti di queste piante presentano un fogliame minuto e molto elegante e quindi si potrebbero prestare molto bene alla trasformazione in bonsai.
In totale ho preso cinque piante: i tre aceri, un nocciolo e un leccio. Le ultime due sono delle piantine di un anno con poche radici e che quindi sono poco più di una speranza.

I've spent a beautiful weekend at my friend's home in mountain, since I've been there a lot of times I knew that i could find some interesting plants to collect.
The house it's outside the village and the garden is bordered by a forest made of oak trees, maples, hazelnuts and some beautiful chestnuts.
My target was to find some oaks but unfortunatly i could find only some suckers branches that i cannot exploit.
On the other and, however, I found and collect three small maples; two of them have a nice root structure with good capillary, and I think that these two can survive the shock. I'm not so sure about the third.
In total I have taken five plants: the three maple trees, a hazel and an oak. The last two are seedlings with few roots and are therefore little more than a hope.
