Couple of repottings

Oggi un paio di rinvasi, era il turno delle zelkove. Ho usato un vaso più piccolo per la zelkova #2, le radici sembravano in buone condizioni, non avevano ancora riempito tutto il vaso, ma la terra era troppo compatta così ho scelto di rinvasarla, inoltre nel vaso più piccolo sta molto meglio.
Per quanto riguarda quella con la roccia c'è stato qualche problemino in più. Nell'ultimo rinvaso che avevo eseguito avevo usato la keto per evitare dilavamenti ma non è stata una buona scelta ovviamente, le radici si sono sviluppate poco e alcune di quelle aeree sono marcite (poco male dato che non mi piacevano moltissimo) e quindi le ho rimosse. Credo che questo rinvaso le farà molto bene.
Come substrato ho utilizzato akadama e pomice per entrambe le piante e poi ho sbriciolato dello sfagno per mantenere l'umidità

Couple of repotting today, just as the title says. Zelkovas time. For the zelkova #2 i used a smaller pot, which gave it a good look. The roots were in great health, and even though they did not fulfill the pot i've decide to repot it because the soil was too compact.
For the plant with the rock i've experienced a couple of issues. The last time i've repotted it i've choose keto as soil (to prevent washouts) but in this way root do not develop well and some of the air roots get rotten (not too bad, in fact i did not like them) so i've cut them away.
I belive that this repot will work very good on the health of this tree. 
For both of the plants i used a mix of akadama and pumice, and then i trimmed some sphagnum of the soil to maintain the humidity level.
