Minor works and updates

È un periodo più tranquillo per le piante e io sto facendo solo piccoli interventi di manutenzione.

Soprattutto le nuove rinvasate sono lasciate libere di crescere (tranne qualche pinzatura su piante per natura vigorose come il frassino); le margotte sembrano mantenere una buona dose di umidità.

Quelle eseguite sul vecchio albicocco non penso riusciranno a sopravvivere ma é proprio la pianta che purtroppo sta morendo.

La betulla sta rispondendo benissimo alle pinzatura e grazie a una concimazione abbastanza sostenuta ci sono delle nuove gemme più arretrate. Ho anche deciso come impostare la pianta; quindi farò una margotta nella parte alta nei prossimi giorni tanto l'apice necessita di essere abbassato. Durante l'inverno, come a volte accade alle betulle, la pianta ha perso un ramo. Poco male in quanto sarebbe risultato proprio nella zona frontale.

Nei prossimi giorni conto di andare a una mostra bonsai nelle zone compatibilmente con gli altri impegni. Nel caso ci sarà il solito post fotografico.

Obviusly it's a quiter period for the plants and I'm doing only minor interventions.

This year repots are all free to grow (unless generous plant such as ash on which I've already started the pinching);

Layerings appear to be fine with a good amount of humidity. Apricot air layerings are suffering bit the problem is that the tree itself it's ill.

Long thing birch is responding very well to the pinchings this year and thaks to a rich feeding some bud is sprouting back on the branch.

I've also choose a style for it, so on the higher part I will prepare an air layering since the apex is going to be lower. During the winter the plants lost a branch (Sometimes happens on birches) but it was on the front of the plant so it isn't a big deal. 

Consistent with my commitments I would like to go to a nearby bonsai exposition. In case there will be the classic photo report.
